Achievement "Outta Nowhere" is still bugged and does not track progress

At this point I know this is a repost, but the issue still has yet to be addressed.
PS4, trophy "Outta Nowhere" does not progress or track progress. I noticed this after hundreds of undetectable basic attacks. When will this get fixed?
