Survivor challenges visual bug

After completing the challenge "NEVER TOO LATE" during the end game screen it showed it as no progress because I died. I still got the challenge completed but the visual bug tricks me into thinking the challenge failed. This makes me less likely to play because I will assume that the challenge will always fail when I die in a match, I already have reduced my play time because 2v8 ruined matchmaking. Tome 20 - Mystic, Level 4, Survivor Challenge: Never Too Late; Sabotage 1 hook(s) within 10 meters of a Killer carrying a Survivor. Xbox Series S.
