Updated Knight rework

I've already posted one Knight rework before, but I have an updated one with a few changes. The current Knight is slightly better with the individual guard cooldowns, but it's not enough. Since there are many changes that the current Knight has, I found it easier to apply these changes to his 8.0.2 patch state, that was before his rework. So this rework would begin with Knight being returned to his 8.0.2 patch state.

Basekit:

- Guard detection range is 8 meters now (Map Of The Realm basekit)

- Call To Arms made partially basekit, increases patrol path length by 5 meters, and movement speed while creating the path is 25% faster

- Minimum distance to start drawing a patrol path is 0.4 meters (was 1.6 meters)

- Jailer now has the longest hunt time of 24 seconds, swapping it with Carnifex who now has the default 12 seconds duration

- The bug where you can get stunned while creating a patrol path fixed

- The bug where the guards touch a vault location a survivor touched, before continuing to follow the survivor directly fixed (this is currently a feature, but needs to be reverted to it's bug status and fixed)

Add-ons:

- Map Of The Realm – Now yellow rarity (was brown) – Grants additional 2% of haste when creating longer patrol paths

- Call To Arms – Increases the length of a patrol path by 5 meters
