Outta Nowhere killer achievement of 40 undetectable hits is bugged for a very long time now. please fix ty

Thank you! May I ask why every other bug report for this same issue has been flagged as duplicate and the original bug report went so long without any updates whatsoever? I've been following this issue for a long while now.
