Babysitter - displays the wrong perk icon

I play on Steam, and I've experienced this myself, and I always see it on streams that I watch.
When I'm unhooked by a teammate running Steve's perk "Babysitter", the blue buff icon left from my perks displayed is NOT the Babysitter icon, it is the old "Guardian" icon, that was put into the game when Stranger Things left DBD.
This must be very confusing for newer players, since they see a buff icon that doesn't exist among perks.
