Extreme Lags since the Dracula-Update?

Starting the game takes forever and the first match per Startup is extremely laggy (teleporting, screen freezing etc.).

The second + matches work fine. It's like all have to load into the cache which leads to extreme lags and after everything got loaded it's fine.

Anyone else have this problem?
