Finally the developers remembered these forgotten perks.
For the first time since its release you can get some value from both perks.
I've made several posts improving these perks since last year.

unironically saw somebody running that perk yesterday on my first game on PS5, this was in the same game as a P100 lol

I was playing for the first time on PS5 because I have to reset completely, I came from switch but cross progression refuses to work and I can’t find out why I’ve watched every video even the official one but it just dose not work for me, so this was an ash 5 lobby, I expected a perk like that but I didn’t expect a P100 in ash 5

yeah MMR is non existent lol, my very next game I played against a 3 man SWF who has anti slug flashlight save build that brought me to badham. In an ash 4 lobby.
They had unbreakable, 2 soul guard, dead hard, lithe, adrenaline, 3 green flashlights with long lasting addons, background player, and flash bang. They always made sure they were in a place with no walls for me to face when I tried to pick them up. It was painful.

Yes, didn't they mention that they were going to look at the perk or did they just scrap the idea entirely?

these aren't good perks either way
hey'll be cool for specific builds to goof around with friends but the requirement of staying together is too counterproductive to a match. Survivors together is usually always a bad thing
