PSA: The Myers has a Tombstone add on
Every Myers is running it. There is zero upside in risking the instant mori on the off-chance they don't. Just get in a locker. Extending the chase by 10 seconds is not worth getting mori'd immediately after. Just pre-drop a pallet and run straight for a locker. This might be the single dumbest thing survivors die to. Turn off loop brain momentarily. It's not a good play to throw a trial at 3 gens. A 20 second chase that doesn't result in you getting mori'd will always be better than a 40 second chase that ends with you being eliminated from the trial on your first down. Just jump in a locker.

Nah, I’m not gonna do that because hopping into a locker is incredibly lame and boring. It’s very easy to read when a Meyers has a tombstone and if I notice they do I just rush gens and if they come for me I loop as long as I can without using lockers because I find it fun to loop with the threat of instant death for one small mistake. It makes the stakes a lot higher.
Just like Friday, where Jason was an actual threat so looping him was very fun because if he Shift grabbed you, then you were instantly dead.

I'm not running it. My Mikey brings either good old fashioned stalk add ons or jump scare.

With the new mori system coming I believe that Tombstone needs to be reworked or removed as a whole.

You can usually tell whether or not Mikey has a tombstone by how long it takes for him to reach tier 3 and how aggressively he stalks versus trying to hit you. But I think it's always worth getting in a locker until you've confirmed he doesn't have it.

you can loop until you know you will get caught and then make it to anything no? there are lockers everywhere and you can also start doing a gen. it only starts getting oppressive when most pallets are gone, he has 3 stacks of pwyf and bamboozle.

No infinite Tier 3, my friend? It has always been my favorite of his add-ons.

It's so lame an unfun to go against as survivor. The devs know it's broken AF but they won't do anything about it. People have been complaining about it for years.

I forgot how it’s done properly but the moment you throw a flashbang actually makes you immune to tombstone for like a millisecond
I saw it on twitter before

My friend and I usually force the grab if we think the Myers is running Tombstone. I wish it ever mattered one iota. It prevents the Tombstone, but the team never uses it as a chance to help themselves.
One match that was especially memorable, after we forced him to grab us so he couldn't get the Tombstone, he dropped each of us on the ground and went looking for the other two. Our teammates stealthed around the edges of the map, never touched gens, never picked us up. A very productive four minutes. We bled out, and the other two both got Tombstoned, anyway.
Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike Tombstone. I like having things that change up the game. I do wish it wouldn't mostly be used during events and Bloodhunts, though. The Tombstone animation is cool and sometimes even funny when unexpected, but it's less cool when I see a teammate who burned a nice offering get eliminated first thing.

Rarely. When there's a tome challenge to break like 10 pallets or something I will run it with spirit fury and enduring and go to the Game.

I had one Tombstone Myers doing the face camp thing, so he could Mori as soon as they jump off. I don't usually mind Tombstone Myers and will often give the kill in case theyre trying for the achievement, but that felt cheap asf. So I jumped on a fresh gen right next to the hooked survivor, so the anticamp wouldn't increase, and kept missing skill checks so he couldn't Mori me either. He wasn't happy.

But what if I like it when he penetrates my body with his massive pipe?
