As a paying customer the skull merchant situation is disgusting.
Its not like you are going against her every 2 matches. You're deliberately destroying her to nearly unplayable levels for the people who do play her, who play her rarely. Its mind blowing that youd do this to paying customers.
Its actually mind boggling.
I am surprised you dont deliberately put in a gamebreaking bug so she needs to be killswitched, and just dont say anything until her rework ( you thought about it, didnt you )
We have no ETA on this rework. And even when it comes you gave up on the twins rework which was promised for years. This is leaving a very bad track record.
I just dont get the logic? Obviously the rework is a long way away because if not youd just let us grim and bare it until its ready. The fact you're making her so bad on purpose tells me this is 1+ year away. Because she needs such a major rework, its like adding another killer into the 3 month cycle.
We paid for this killer the same way we did the rest of them.
This makes me heavily reconsider buying anything in the future, and I have spent literally $1000+ on this game.
Say we get the rework in a year, and no one likes it. What then, you just going to revert everything like twins and give up?
You thought of the possibility that people will have a bad reaction to her, no matter what? You are literally going to need to make it so the community knows its fun to bully a SM and to stay in the match. Which screws over the people who paid to play her.
This might be the first ever dlc you might be best off refunding everything and removing her. There literally might be nothing you can do to fix this situation, people will have a reaction to her to matter what.

If their intention is not wanting us to play her while we wait for her failure of a rework that will ultimately change nothing anyway then they should be refunding all in-game and auric cell currency everyone has spent on her so we can use them on characters that are actually meant to be playable. The precedent this sets is dangerous going forward and i will no longer risk wasting any more money on any character, it's simply not worth it if this is how they are going to treat paying customers, and let appeasing people who clearly shouldn't be playing the game dictate "balancing"
