The idea is pretty simple instead of worrying wether or not something becomes too strong the devs should take 4 perks from each side and make them very strong for a month. If those perks turn out fine and liked, they can stay.

I got this idea from apex where they put weapons in the carepackage and make them very strong. After a while they return them back to normal and other weapons get put in there.
