PC/Console - Chase is not working as usual in-game

When the killer finds a survivor the chase doesn't get triggered by some unknown reason, this means the killer it doesn't gonna get bloodlust, stacks for perks like Play with your food for example or even hear the music chase.
Additional information
- It doesn't matter wich killer is using the player, this bug affects every killer in the game.
- Perks like Play With Your Food will not work.
- If the killer hits a survivor the chase will be triggered only by 5 or 6 seconds and then dissapears again.
- The survivor will be on chase in his Point of view but on the killer side nothing happens.
- This issue happens everyday and can't be fixed by restarting or re-installing the game.
