Vecna Pearl of Power UI Bug

When using the Pearl of Power addon for Vecna (Reduces all spell cooldowns by 5 seconds upon landing a basic attack) the actual spell cooldown is not aligned with the Cooldown UI shown when selecting spells using the Spell Wheel. This is very confusing and requires you to equip the actual spells to know their cooldown instead of quickly glancing at the Spell Wheel.
