Healing: medkit -> self-care stops

I play on Steam.
I sometimes run a medkit with suture and needle addons, and also the perks Self-care and Hyperfocus. While self-healing with the medkit, as it runs out, the healing just stops, instead of continuing with self-care. It used to be that as the medkit runs out, the healing continues with self-care (albeit at the lower, self-care speed).
I haven't tested it without the hyperfocus/addons, but it is bugged.
