Suggestion: When a survivor completes another healing action on another survivor, you gain 1 distortion token. Distortion starts with 3 tokens.

It's too complicated, all needed to be done is tie recharge of tokens to the chase instead of terror radius to people hide less. But they completely killed the perk lol
