If you equip the head piece of the "Infinite World" cosmetic with Baermar's body instead of Aestri's, the position of the earrings doesn't adjust to match his human ears so they're floating.

It's a great cosmetic — the hair and pants really suit Baermar, but the floating earrings are a littttleee distracting.
