Why is Unknown getting a nerf to fully charged shots?
When Unknown charges a full shot, the movement penalty happens sooner, which means fully charged shots are being nerfed since Unknown will travel less distance when it is fully charging a shot.
And if your response is "it's not a big deal", then can we get a compensation buff, like it takes 0.05 seconds less time to fully charge a shot?

the funny thing about the change is that you can still tap your power quickly without slowdown, so the change ONLY affects players actually going for shots 😭
my suggestion is they should add a slowdown after tapping your power quickly, that way they properly punish m2 faking since that’s what they seemed to be going for. but it wouldn’t affect holding for fully charged shots.

Tapping the button doesn't make the shot tentacle extend out far enough to look like the killer is trying to make a shot, and since it has a 0.07 second limit, and it takes 1 second to charge a shot, the survivors have a 0.93 second reaction time to realize the killer isn't actually trying to make a shot.
It would be better if the charge time got reduced from 1 second to 0.95 seconds, to offset the fact the killer gets slowed down earlier when they try to make a full shot.

i’ve tapped the power button before and survivors dodge so always worked that way for me 🤷♀️ either way it still punishes players that go for shots which was the main point of the conversation anyways. i think my suggestion fixes this issue and satisfies bhvr’s intent.

The number 1 reason for UVX tapping is to postpone a hallucination, and BHVR is aware that people are doing this, which is why the above quote was in their dev update. Your suggestion punishes players that are just trying to delay a hallucination.

I really like UnladenCrow's fatigue system idea. Punish repeated fakes with a fatigue system (like crouch/jump spam fatigue in shooters), don't just slow the killer down even if they plan on going for a shot the first time.
