Pearl of Power sometimes doesn't accurately display spell cooldown

When using the Pearl of Power add-on for The Lich. Sometimes the cool down for your spells are not accurately displayed. For example It will show a spell at 75% but it will be ready for use. This makes it hard to tell what is ready.
This is completely random to my knowledge.
Happens sometimes.
