Predator shouldn't activate when a survivor goes down

So I've been testing some perks in Custom matches, and the moment I got my first down with predator, I noticed the perk activated. Personally, I don't think this should be the case, it conflicts with the general theme of the perk; which is tracking your prey when they least expect it.

This is also the case when you grab a survivor as Wesker. This is clearly related to the bug with Wesker's Virulent Bound ending chase when you grab a survivor.
