in 8.3.0 PTB Feedback

depending on how the kill and use rates are effected, will you cancel the SM rework? You have done it before in the past with legion, and the twins when it comes to canceling rework. The legion is a big fear as those buffs were meant to serve as hold over buffs, but then after legion preformed well, you canceled the promised rework. I don’t wanna get my hopes up so are you gonna string along a rework and then cancel it?
