Billy feedback

The recent adjustments to Hillbilly don't seem well thought out. There's a speed reduction during OverDrive, a decrease in the percentage for building up the OverDrive gauge, increased recovery time after swinging the chainsaw, and nerfs to the add-ons.

Regarding OverDrive, if adjustments are necessary, I believe just modifying the charge amount required to activate it would suffice. There's no need to touch the speed, duration, or the recovery time after a chainsaw dash.

Next, regarding the addons, I believe the one most contributing to Hillbilly's current kill rate is likely the add-ons 'Lo Pro Chains.' This add-ons reduces the mind games at pallets. If any add-ons needs adjustment, this one alone should suffice.

Why is there no need to change the other add-ons? It's because under the current plan, it's obvious that a biased use of add-ons from the past will become prominent. Currently, most of Hillbilly's add-ons focus on reducing the OverDrive gauge depletion time. However, unfortunately, with both the current Hillbilly mechanics and the PTB version, these add-ons have little to no meaningful impact.

These gauge-related add-ons were probably modeled after the ones from the Overheat era, but with Billy's current system, they aren't really a disadvantage and thus won't be used.

If adjustments or changes are to be made, it should be to modify the abilities of these unappealing add-ons, not their rarity, but their actual abilities.

Lastly, just have the developers play as the killer in a live stream as soon as possible.

Agreed, overdrive feels like a nothing burger now. And they nerfed boots for some reason, the rarity changes are fine, but why nerf them?
