Instead of making Corrective Action allow you to hit Great Skill Checks, instead make it prevent the missed skill check, and add +1% to the generator progress (+3% for a heal).
That way, it's still functionally a Great Skill Check in terms of results, but does not trigger perks like Hyperfocus (and itself), because it technically isn't a Great Skill Check.
