Is it bannable if someone called me a "bot" in endgame chat?

    Of course not, taking in mind they only called you "bot", which can be considered as an insult, but don't forget people tend to vent in end game chat because something they highly dislike happened (failing challenges, daily), there are a couple of bad seeds but just ignore the comment at that point.

    You are free to report then in the End game report system but action form the devolpers will not be guarenteed
