Anonymous not working. I'm tired of constant toxic hate messages

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: At first, I assumed people that were also on xbox were using the "recent players" xbox menu to guess which player I was, like they used to. But after checking multiple VODs from many streamers with "ttv" in their name, I can confirm my name is NOT hidden.

I am so very sick of getting horrible toxic messages from players from either role, harrassing me through xbox messages because my name isn't hidden anymore in this game.

I have had players from pc log on to a derelict xbox account they never use, JUST to harrass me with nasty aggressive messages.

I have NEVER in my life been harrassed and bullied anywhere more than from the Dead by Daylight community. Before crossplay it was almost every match. Didn't matter if I won, lost, or couldn't even hook anyone as a 20 fps console turning speed capped Nurse in 2018. Just constant horrible messages.

Please fix this feature.

Please do not suggest that I report players to xbox, as 1) They are too numerous and 2) I have of course already tried that, and the last person that told me to commit suicide was not banned because the a.i. couldn't pick up on their calculated phrasing (they must do it often) and I was banned instead for merely calling their comments inhuman things to say (I was referencing basic levels of human sympathy/empathy, whatever, it didn't matter, my appeal was also denied, and that person was never banned, as the message in question would have been deleted as per the process (it was not)

BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I turn "Hide your name" on, off and on and it just never works.

Sadly due to the platform's Terms of Service, there is no Anonymous mode on Xbox.
