Dispelling Sphere doesn't work correctly against bots.

Vecna's Dispelling Sphere doesn't activate on bots a majority of the time. You will get the scoring event, but the bot will be unaffected by the sphere and will still gain the benefits of the magical items. From what I can tell, Bots will become affected by the sphere if they are about 40ish meters away from you, and even then it doesnt always work.
Play a custom match as The Lich, use Dispelling Sphere against a bot, Sphere will have no effect.
