Frank Stone Deluxe Edition rewards missing despite having claimed rewards on BHVR account.

Issue: Rewards went missing in my inventory despite it previously appearing after claiming them once, then i go to check my BHVR account only to find that the rewards aren't claimed anyone, i then claim the rewards again however they still don't pop up in my inventory and all it gave me was this message in the bottom on my BHVR account.

I suspect the issue occured after i activated cross progression some time ago since when i tried to claim the rewards again, it started asking me about linked platforms, but i'm unsure if it's the reason behind it or not.

Either way, my deluxe rewards Items won't appear in my inventory no matter how many time i log in and out of the game.

If you're unable to claim the rewards in game after claiming from the BHVR website, then please contact our Player Support team.
