I am currently in the state of finishing all archives and the last archives to do are iridescent emblems of each category. The issue here is that points are not given the way they are meant to be given, or the points are not delivered at all due to bugs apparently.
Chaser emblem (2550 points required to earn iridescent according to DBD wiki):
- You are given a lot of points for chasing and ending that chase quickly and successfully. That's not that much of the case since you are given points for each second in the chase. For example, I am given 90 points per second if the chase lasts up to 15 second. If the successful chase lasts 2 seconds, you are given only 180 points. However, if the chase lasts 12 seconds, you are given 1080 points (a lot more than those 2 second chase). This counts towards longer chases giving less points (chase a bit longer for more points). This means, if you want to earn those points quickly, don't chase them too quickly, instead, wait for those 14 seconds (the equivalent of 1260 points). That is a tiny bit below 50% worth of the points given. This means that all you need is to chase a survivor for about 14 seconds twice and the third time make the chase default one. You get iridescent.
Devout emblem (10 points required to earn iridescent according to DBD wiki):
- I hooked all survivors once and got 1 point. I killed all survivors (bleedout does not count) and got 8 points. I hooked all survivors at least 9 times and received no points for that and this condition guarantees iridescent emblem basically.
- Disconnected survivors grant points, but now we have bots replacement. Does this mean I can get 4 points for one survivor?
Gatekeeper emblem (35 points required to earn iridescent according to DBD wiki):
- Gatekeeper points are given only for incomplete generators and gates closed. for each incomplete generator you get one point per minute and for the first nine minutes you get points and for closed gates you get additional 10 points. I used the stopwatch to monitor the time and the generators remaining. I should be given iridescent for 7 minutes with 5 generators, 8 minutes with 4 generators and 9 minutes with 3 generators with the gates still closed. I got reduced points for generators upon closing the hatch.
There is a bug where i got no points for generators. I had 5 generators remaining with match lasting 8 minutes and hatch open.
