Why are survivors acting weird?

I'm a neutral pig main. I was chasing after a survivor and successfully down them, then another survivor appeared. They were just standing there watching me hook their ally/friend. They didn't run when I went up to them, instead them waved me over to follow them to a hook. All of the other survivors appeared to doing the same thing. I shook my head no and went into the basement until they completed the gens. Some of the gens I lead them to the gens. The worse part of this is, this isn't the first time this has happened to me.

If everyone suddenly stops playing at once, you're probably up against a SWF who just decided amongst themselves to go next. Probably they don't like playing against Pigs or stealth killers, but it's possible there was an unrelated reason - maybe IRL, maybe someone forgot to select a challenge. Solos can also have a cascade of people giving up upon seeing other people giving up, but it'll be less unified and more causal.

Though survivors are going to act weird to a Pig in particular because of the boop the snoot meme. You'll occasionally get survivors who don't run and instead crouch up to you.

Did they use any blood point offerings? They may have been trying to farm or something. Did they at least boop the snoot?

Idk if they used any bp offerings.

Nope. They didn't boop the snoot.
