How fast do people get perma banned for working with the killer?

Just had someone (remains unnamed) working with the killer against the team. Even tried to sandbag me but failed miserably in doing so, accidently blocking the killer. I had bond so i could see him waving at the killer pointing at my location and he kept making loud noise actions next to me.
Ofc eventually the killer got me and let the other person go after a long stretched 30 mins match of low pp energy.
I am alredy making a ticket, but how fast will it be reviewed? What are youre experiences with tickets like these? I also do not accept anything less than a perma acc ban for that person, these people that play to only screw others and grief dont belong.
