The Unknown received a few (maybe too many) new power icons next to his main one to provide more info about the teleportation cooldown and hallucination spawning.
As some may know, Bubba has this issue with his power icon where the Tantrum meter overlaps the main recharge of your Chainsaw.
I think this issue could be fixed by just making his Tantrum meter a different icon so it won't overlap with the recharge, it would only show up when the Tantrum meter goes up, so it's not always visible when it's not needed. It would just be the regular Tantrum icon Bubba already has.
