“Ghosting” effect on Xbox series X

Hello, I’m a massive noob when it comes to settings, it seems to only happen with this game especially with the killers weapon, when rapidly looking from left to right as you do, I get a really bad ghosting/after imagine effect can I fix this or is it the game ?

I’m playing on an LG ultragear 144hz monitor, I have freesync extended enabled, and response time set to fast, on the Xbox itself I have it set to 120hz.

Does anyone have any tips to fixing this ? Or does this happen to everyone on console ?
