Blood Echo:
When hooking a Survivor, all injured Survivors suffer from Hemorrhage and Exhaustion for 20/25/30 seconds. (was 45 seconds)

This is still weak since to get value from the perk you have to find an injured survivor, which is random, and it takes at least 15 seconds to reach a survivor, so you only get 15 seconds of value. 45 seconds is more appropriate.

Dead Man's Switch: When hooking a Survivor, Dead Man's Switch activates. The first Survivor that stops repairing a generator calls upon the Entity to block it for 40/45/50 seconds. (was 35/40/45 seconds)
Dead Man's Switch cannot activate while it is actively blocking a generator. (NEW)

Changing DMS seems unnecessary since the only killer that can greatly benefit from multiple procs is Artist, and no one plays Artist.

Genetic Limits: Anytime a Survivor loses a health state, they suffer from the Exhausted Status Effect for 6/7/8 seconds. (was upon finishing the healing action, and 24/28/32 seconds)

This is still worthless since the survivor can use their exhaustion perk while healthy and 8 seconds is far too short to get value from it since they will get the speed boost when injured. Getting another hit within 8 seconds of injuring is extremely rare.

Zanshin Tactics: When a Survivor is within 6 meters of a dropped pallet within 16 meters of your location, reveal their aura for 6/8/10 seconds. (REWORK)

Zanshin Tactics should this get effect in adition to its old effect. The old effect filled a niche for some killers, e.g. Clown, and helped new players learn maps. Combining both effects wouldn't be too strong.
