Missing First-Person Animation on Dracula/ Dark Lord in Current Patch

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Dracula's idle animation while he's moving in vampire form where he casually flexes out his nails/claws for a short bit, and then retracts them, was visible on the Castlevania Chapter PTB and initially at launch of the chapter in the live game. This affectation is missing on the current live build as of 9/20/2024.
PLATFORM: PC (but probably all platforms)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: As far as I know, it's impossible to now trigger the idle claw animation.
