How to link my xbox account to a different behaviour account

I linked my xbox account to the wrong behaviour account on accident and now I can't link it to the correct one. an error pops up that says "a game account with identical information already exists"

i didn't sync the account yet so I'm confused on why I can't link my xbox to another behaviour account. i sent a ticket to behaviour but still got no reply after several days. what can i do?
