Judging from the chat, they don't seem to mind at all when I tell them I'm going to report them

In fact, they even mocked me

I don't like the fact that people like that are still out there, even though the game is old

That's why I think we need a more severe penalty

Or let other users recognize the sanctioned account
nickname so that other users can recognize the sanctioned account
since normal users will stay away from them
