I can't join or see friends in friends list,

I haven't been able to play DBD with my friends, and I can't see them on my friends list in-game. It keeps giving me an error every time I accept the invite.
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I accept my friends invite, and it gives me an error, telling m, that I can't join.
