Game takes 15 minutes to load and installs dependenies

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the game takes 15 minutes to load, constantly freezing and slowly opening. This is only since the castlevania update, and i think may have something to do with EAC, as i had issues with that and now it says installing dependencies (which the command seems to be installing the game again?) and i have to give permission for it every time i open the game.
i have tried to verify the game files and checked, everything looks fine.
PLATFORM: XBOX Windows.
