Confused - is there a Tome in Chaos

Modifier?
Maybe they forgot to update the german translation but there it says - look at the tabs how to earn cosmetics in the Chaos Tome…
But i see no tome.

There is no Tome with the Chaos Shuffle modifier, it seems like an error in the translations went out.

Then the german info text is likely still the one from the last Chaos Modifier event.
