Wish they created a survivor perk for the following situation
Very often in my games a killer might chase me for 10s, see i'm a strong player and then decide to ignore me for the rest of the match and kill all my team mates instead. This will result in my first hook being my last hook and me spending basically the whole game repairing gens watching my team go down like bowling pins and it's not very fun. I mean I just had a match on Coldwind farm for example, against a Chucky and he chased me for maybe 30s until I stunned him with a strong pallet and then he never chased me again until I was the last survivor. Not very fun.
My idea for the perk;
Growing power: Your contempt for the killer grows as they fail to kill you. Gain 3% bonus repair speed every 30s that you haven't been downed by the killer. Resets when you get downed.
This is also a good anti tunnel perk because if every survivor used this and the killer tunnelled one survivor for 3 minutes then the 3 non tunnelled survivors would repair gens 18% faster. I feel like there are perks similair to this with Bardic Inspiration and resilience but this would be more of a direct counter to a killer just ignoring good survivors.

I mean, how many killers can consistently down survivors every 30 second against a proper team?
I would recommend you run deja vu since it does what you want your perk to do already.

Yes looks like Deja Vu & Resilience is back on the menu

A killer can usually chase one survivor alone. A perk like this would result in survivors doing gens faster in general.
There are also a hand full of killers that can't consistely down survivors that fast.
This is why many killers leave the chase. Changing the survivors is a lot better than overcomitting to one. What you describe is a killer that knows their work. Picking the weaker survivors is sadly the way to go, because a game for a weaker killer will be over if the have 2-3 long chases. For someone like Pig, Sadako or Freddy, this is the reality.
Speaking of Sadako... Your perk is also a direkt hit and run counter if I'm not mistaken…
Despite it being a rather unfun playstyle, I do think it has its place.

If the killer is going after the weak link, then the stronger survivors can run interference. This is just a bad way to fix a non issue.

So you want to force the killer to play inefficient? One of the things a killer has to learn is deciding who's best to chase, If you're so much better than the other ones that he doesn't even try to chase you it's simply a failure of the matchmaking. Your perk is simply punishing the killer for good decision-making (and hiding btw) without any limits with 1 minute 30 seconds already as strong as resilience (a perk that requires you to be injured), that's extremely easy to archive.
This perk in that form would mean that the survivors get a boost of 3% genspeed every 7.5 seconds basically because everyone would use it and with 4 survivors 1 second would equal 4 seconds (split on everyone) for this perk. That would make this game so much faster and killers would have to be buffed SO MUCH to come even close to the speed required to win.

personal repair speed perks punish killer for not focusing you down. the opposite of chase perks and anti-tunnel perks which rely on killer focusing to be relevant.

Yep that's why i'm gonna use them. No point using exhaustion perks, windows or any chase perks when the killers don't chase me anyway. Let me run prove thyself, resilience, deja vu and Bardic when I unlock it so I can tunnel those gens and get to another match where a killer might chase me.

i mostly have same play-style where i don't get chased often enough so i just run everything to punish killer for not focusing me.

Im going to assume you have chase-oriented perks by the way you hate every other aspect of the game.
If the killer has to decide to chase someone who chase-oriented or generator- oriented, their best chance is to attack generator oriented.
If you want them to continue chasing you, bring flashbangs or flashlights, anything to prevent your teammates from being hooked
