• SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Whenever I try to log into online multiplayer, this notification prevents me from participating in matchmaking.

MATCHMAKING PROCESS FAILED.

CAUSE TIMEOUT

• PLATFORM: PlayStation 5

• HOW OFTEN DOES THIS OCCUR IT OCCURS: It occurs every time I open the application to access it.
