The Twins: Victor can see scratch marks
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Sometimes, Victor can see small regions with the scratch marks.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Play Twins in usual mode (not in random perks going on now), release Victor, and he can see scratch marks immediately (spawned approximately at the moment of spawn) or after running for a few seconds

Happens from time to time for me, I believe 2 full matches are enough to observe. I see no connection with perks or addons,
Perks: Surge, Oppression, Deerstalker, Deadlock
