I can't claim old Auric Cells in The Rift after buying the pass

Hello Everyone ! So yesterday I bought the premium pass for the Rift, and I had already progressed through the Rift till tier 31 or 32 i don't remember, but after I bought the pass I did receive the cosmetics and stuff but not the auric cells. It is only after I unlocked a new tier with auric cells reward that I get them. Is this a bug, or something ? Thanks

Normally it auto claims everything that you've unlocked before buying the pass ? but it didn't for the Auric Cells
