Scratch marks continuously appearing under a hook where a survivor was sacrificed

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I sacrificed a bot during a custom game and scratch marks were continuously appearing around the hook where they died.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I've never had this happen before so I don't know how to reproduce it, I just saw the scratch marks after I killed the bot.
