Uncleasable totem on yamaoka

I'm on PS5.
Just had a match where a totem was uncleasable on yamaoka. The spirit map.
The killer was a legion who used the combo ruin / undying
It was a totem near a rock, on a corner of the map.
When I try to cleanse it, i have the prompt then the animation canceled by herself.
