Updates usually come at 5pm at least in germany so it would already have been out then (if they didn't break it somehow).

The Dev Update detailing what is changing between PTB-Live tends to come out the week before the update, so you can rest assured that it won't be this week.

I thought it always takes 3 weeks from ptb to live release not 2

Yeah, it does, but the dev update for said PTB usually comes like the week before the update.

So we should get the dev update next week and then the actual update releases the week after.
