SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Every time I face a Vecna, the game will crash upon completion of the trial when the game moves to end game screen.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play the game through to completion against Vecna. Once the trial ends and the game shifts to the end game lobby screen, the game will freeze and crash. Every time. Regardless of survivor. Only happens when facing a Vecna.
