Generator's wires still move with Potential Energy

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using Potential Energy, the wires that are supposed to be attached to your hands still move.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Bring Potential Energy Perk
  2. Use it on a generator, the part on the side with wires
  3. Observe the wires moving
