Switching to victor while under the effects of chemical trap does not clear the visual effect

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When playing as the Twins and affected by the slowdown of the perk "chemical trap", the visual effect is not cleared after switching to Victor, making it last the whole game.
PLATFORM:
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Survivor deploys chemical trap.
- Charlotte destroys chemical trap and is affected by slowdown.
- Charlotte switches to victor while chemical trap is still active.
- The visual effect of chemical trap (freezing screen) remains for the whole game on both characters
