SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When Wraith spawns in with the chain hair head cosmetic, during his original cloak and only when he moves, one of the chains will spin around his head somewhat obstructing your vision for a moment repeatedly. When you stop moving, it stops. When you resume moving, it resumes. This stops permanently after uncloaking and doesn't happen again when cloaked again.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Spawn in playing The Wraith while wearing Mangled Wrecker outfit's head piece and move while staying cloaked. If you stop moving, the bug will stop, but will resume upon moving. If you uncloak, the bug will stop.
