players show as disconnected, can’t use items

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: in all of my games so far I’d have survivors pop up as disconnected but still in the match after they’ve touched a gen or in general as well as I can’t use my items or complete actions. I can’t see if a survivor is injured or getting chased.

PLATFORM: PS4 and PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Joined match, as soon as someone touched a gen or did some sort of action they would pop up as disconnected, would continue all match
