Dbd error

I've recently got a new PC, whenever I try to launch it, it tells me a Win64 application error. When I uninstalled binaries it worked. But when I launched again it told me the same error. And I don't want to keep uninstalling and installing my dbd binaries like this. I need help.

Do you have any overclocks enabled on your gpu, cpu or your ram? If not try using DDU to uninstall all drivers and reinstall them first.
